Title: Client Partner (2851)

Division & Department: Education Sales

Status: Full-Time Exempt

Reports to: Managing Director

Location: Remote - Anywhere in Wisconsin

Compensation: $100-140k base salary plus commissions, depending on experience and location.

Job Summary: The Client Partner is responsible for growing the Leader In Me program in their assigned region by prospecting education accounts, diagnosing client needs, aligning solutions, closing sales, and expanding revenue. Building strong relationships with school and district leaders is essential.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Develop new business in K-12 schools/districts.
  • Align educational priorities with FranklinCovey solutions.
  • Build trust with principals and district leaders.
  • Consultatively diagnose client needs and propose solutions.
  • Maintain professional communication and conduct effective meetings.
  • Close business within set goals and guidelines.
  • Lead a cross-functional team to deliver client impact.
  • Set and pursue growth goals based on territory analysis.
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline and participate in team meetings.
  • Collaborate across departments to achieve objectives.
  • Model FranklinCovey’s core principles in work.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in education sales or leadership (principal/district).

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or higher in education, business, or related field.
  • Proven consultative sales skills.
  • Experience with subscription models and K-12 sector.
  • Experience with Leader In Me implementation.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
