Client Partner (Senior Sales Executive)

Brunel is currently seeking a Senior Sales Executive for our client in the digital commerce consulting industry. In this key role, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing relationships, and driving growth and satisfaction. Your strategic thinking, ability to craft tailored solutions, and understanding of client needs will showcase how our client's offerings deliver exceptional value. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will lead sales strategies, build lasting partnerships, and ensure ongoing success in a competitive market.
Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential customers in Manufacturing, Life Sciences, and High Tech sectors, including prospecting, lead generation, qualification, building a sales pipeline, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with sales teams and leadership to develop and implement sales strategies aligned with growth goals, including bookings, revenue, forecasting, and market trend analysis.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers through meetings, presentations, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
- Coordinate with Practice Leads and Delivery teams to meet client needs and develop compelling sales propositions.
- Maintain HubSpot CRM with pipeline updates and forecast accuracy to meet targets.
- Lead and close new business opportunities, managing the entire sales process and utilizing internal resources as needed.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm, curiosity, and drive daily.
Requirements
- Over 10 years of high-performance sales experience, especially in consultative solutions for enterprise clients.
- Minimum of 5 years managing large accounts, preferably in digital, e-commerce, management consulting, or systems integration.
- Strong experience with sales processes and data analytics to achieve predictable revenue growth.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with high energy, motivation, and relentless pursuit of objectives.
- Ability to ask insightful questions and actively listen to understand client needs.
- Proven track record of creatively solving business problems and delivering win-win partnerships.
- Desired experience in Commerce, CPQ, Guided Selling, PIM/PCM/MDM, Search, Web Analytics, and UX.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills tailored to diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated, assertive, proactive, and quick to react and resolve issues.
- Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM tools for sales and account management.
- Bachelor's degree required.
