Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Jersey City, NJ is seeking a Client Partner with 15+ years of experience spanning Sales, Pre-Sales and Delivery functions across insurance and financial services. You will guide solution strategy, engage in RFP/RFI responses, responsibility for pricing inputs and profitability, and drive AI-enabled engineering discussions.

Qualifications

• At least 10+ years of program delivery experience in one or more areas including application development & support managed services, digital transformation, cloud & data with client-facing leadership responsibility.
• Strong techno-functional delivery background with experience governing large, complex transformation and run-the-business portfolios across technology & business teams.
• Demonstrated pre-sales and solutioning experience across opportunity qualification, RFP/RFI responses, solution strategy, estimation, proposal development, customer presentations, and ensuring delivery outcomes.
• Exposure to AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, intelligent automation & AI-enabled engineering
• Strong commercial acumen covering pipeline management, pricing inputs, contractual commitments, delivery models, financial governance, revenue growth, profitability, and risk management

Responsibilities

• Lead program delivery with client stakeholders, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes.
• Provide pre-sales support, solution architecture, and delivery governance across multiple client initiatives.
