Job summary

PerkinElmer, a leader in scientific solutions, is seeking an OneSource Customer Operations Associate at a California customer site. This role plans and oversees enterprise-level support and service activities for assigned clients, coordinating with sales and support to ensure timely and effective service delivery.

You will act as the single point of contact for client issues, manage scheduling, maintenance, and compliance activities, and ensure SLA targets are met.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 2+ years in team-based customer service
• MS Office experience including Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee enterprise-level support and service activities for designated clients
• Coordinate service delivery and escalation of technical issues
• Maintain accurate data in CMMS and track KPIs and SLAs
• Collaborate with sales and support to expand service opportunities
