Qualifications
- Senior operational leadership experience in laboratory or regulated environments.
- Strong business acumen with growth orientation and stakeholder management.
- Experience translating data into executive-level reports and decisions.
Responsibilities
- Provide site leadership for OneSource Laboratory Services and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Lead KPIs, SLAs, and performance reviews with customer and internal teams.
- Develop SOPs, work instructions, and controlled documentation for auditable service delivery.
- Drive workforce planning, mentoring, and talent development on-site.
- Oversee resource planning, scheduling, and cost control to optimize operations.
