Barry’s is the Best Workout in the WorldTM. Founded in West Hollywood in 1998, it offers an immersive, high-intensity, one-hour workout combining strength and cardio intervals, designed to tone muscles, maximize fat loss, and spike metabolism for up to 48 hours post-class.

The Client Operations Supervisor will be the first contact for Barry’s, leading hospitality and daily operations, supporting management, and maintaining brand standards and studio facilities. Responsibilities include managing class check-ins, supporting staff, client relations, marketing initiatives, inventory control, staff training, and overseeing studio systems and facilities.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Lead on duty, ensure smooth class check-ins, studio opening/closing
  2. Support studio staff management
  3. Develop client/staff relationships
  4. Assist with marketing strategies and community initiatives
  5. Manage inventory and studio systems (Zendesk, Brandbot)
  6. Maintain studio facilities and cleanliness
  7. Uphold brand standards and company culture

Required experience includes strong customer service skills, availability for flexible shifts including weekends and holidays, excellent communication, team spirit, and attention to detail. Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
