Crafty is seeking a Client Operations Specialist to deliver best-in-class experiences to clients in Boston. This individual will be the primary point of contact for a defined list of clients, engaging directly with them to ensure their food and beverage program is running as expected. Success will be measured on operational quality, client happiness, retention, growth, and profitability.
This is an hourly role supporting our clients in Boston, requiring on-site presence Monday through Friday.
Achieve 100% client retention annually by delivering top-tier on-site operations, meeting and exceeding client goals, and executing key initiatives such as communication, partner relationships, budget management, team escalations, and site health.
