Job summary

The Goldman Sachs Partner Family Office in Dallas is seeking a Client Analyst to support advisory teams by organizing client meetings, onboarding clients, and handling tax and billing tasks with high accuracy and a strong team focus.

As an integral part of PFO Planning client advisory teams, you will contribute to efficient client service delivery, manage DocuSign requests, and coordinate key operational tasks while maintaining strict compliance with firm policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and / or demonstrated client service experience in a corporate environment.
• Familiarity with financial planning and tax documents is advantageous
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
• Eager to work in a fast-paced environment; ability to think and execute clearly under time pressure
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent communications skills
• Team orientation

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage client and advisory team meetings, including travel, space management and expenses.
• Spearhead client onboarding and contracting, including resolving any questions or issues related to billing, invoicing or contracts
• Support advisory teams deliver critical client service, including assistance through tax deadlines.
• This can include: managing and processing incoming client mail, creating vouchers, requesting checks, downloading tax documents, drafting responses, prepopulating subscription documents, populating appropriate tax forms, communicating operational tasks with external tax firms, mailing out responses and tax filing, etc.
