Position Overview:

As a Client Operations Coordinator in the Client Operations Group, you will primarily be responsible for executing client and departmental tasks daily. The role requires operational skills, a strong entrepreneurial spirit, collaboration, idea expression, change management, and opportunity identification.

You will support the COG Operations Specialist and/or Manager during discussions with leadership, ensure accurate and timely reporting, and identify risks while managing communication and feedback.

This position offers career growth opportunities within the Client Operations Group, including potential leadership roles and proactive solutions development.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Execute daily tasks aligned with client and business objectives
• Assist with new client onboarding, project setup, invoice prep, and task tracking
• Update project documentation regularly
• Partner with COG Specialists and Managers to maintain project structure and goals
• Facilitate onboarding for new clients and full-time employees
• Maintain reporting tools and documents per leadership specifications
• Contribute to business development and growth initiatives
• Identify opportunities to expand operational support based on AML program understanding
• Participate in internal strategic initiatives, including standardization efforts

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Effective project management skills for scope, budget, and timelines
• Risk and issue resolution abilities
• Strong technical knowledge of software tools (e.g., NetSuite, MS Office, Domo, Tableau, MS BI)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Operational experience with invoice prep and tracking
• Entrepreneurial, collaborative, idea-sharing, change management, and opportunity recognition skills
