INW Phoenix Formulations is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to develop strong customer relationships, manage multiple accounts with $1M+ revenue, and prepare sales reports for timely production and delivery of nutritional supplements.

This full-time, office-based role in Tempe requires initiative, organization, and exceptional customer service. Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with cross-functional collaboration to ensure accurate orders and lasting partnerships.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to communicate and influence credibly at all levels.
• Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Prepare sales reports and monitor account performance including $1M+ revenue accounts.
• Coordinate RFQ responses and pricing with cross-functional teams.
