Job summary

INW Phoenix Formulations is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely production and delivery of nutritional supplements. You will manage multiple accounts, each with substantial revenue, while coordinating cross-functionally to fulfill orders.

The role requires proactive, organized individuals with excellent communication and CRM skills, and office-based daily presence from 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficient with CRM, MS Office (Excel/Outlook).
• Demonstrated communication and client-facing skills.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and internal teams to answer questions and process orders for timely delivery.
• Develop deep understanding of customer needs and align with company capabilities.
• Identify opportunities for win-win solutions and long-term partnerships.
• Lead as primary contact for all customer account matters and RFQ processes.
• Monitor account metrics and provide sales performance reports.
