Job summary

INW Phoenix Formulations in Tempe, AZ is hiring for a first shift production/quality support role. You will verify batch records, measure, label and document raw materials for processing, and maintain GMP compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include cleaning areas, verifying materials, weighing and repackaging, labeling, and documenting material movements. Must lift up to 50 lbs, stand for 10 hours, and pass background/drug screen. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Read and write basic English
• Stand for 10 hours per day
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs frequently
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good math skills (basic addition/subtraction)

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas and equipment to be used, verify it is free of contaminants.
• Verify that all necessary materials are correct, present, released, and within the expiration period.
• Verify all ingredients match the batch record.
• Open bags, boxes and other containers.
• Weigh raw materials and repackage to send to Blending.
• Weigh drums and record weights.
• Label containers with product name, Lot number, weight and doses.
• Document raw materials and product tracking in logbooks.
• Ensure products leaving the department are stored correctly.
• Maintain understanding of GMPs and safety policies.
