Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Client Interaction: primary point of contact for all new clients during onboarding.
• Process Coordination: manage end-to-end onboarding including account setup, data migration, and training sessions.
• Training and Support: conduct client trainings and provide initial system support.
• Feedback Collection: gather and evaluate client feedback to refine onboarding.
• Documentation: maintain detailed records of client interactions and milestones.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with sales, customer service, and technical teams.
• Compliance and Reporting: ensure onboarding activities comply with regulatory standards and provide management with reports.
