Redirect Health is hiring a New Client Onboarding Specialist to ensure successful onboarding for new clients and brokers, helping them understand how our model works and setting them up for long-term success.
You will manage end-to-end onboarding, educate clients on benefits, and collaborate with multiple internal teams to improve efficiency and outcomes, delivering impact for families and small businesses.

Healthcare experience, licensing, or certifications: Preferred (Health Insurance License preferred)
Education: High School Diploma or GED required; BA/B.Sc. preferred
