Job summary

Redirect Health is hiring a New Client Onboarding Specialist to ensure successful onboarding for new clients and brokers, helping them understand how our model works and setting them up for long-term success.

You will manage end-to-end onboarding, educate clients on benefits, and collaborate with multiple internal teams to improve efficiency and outcomes, delivering impact for families and small businesses.

Qualifications

• +5 years experience in customer onboarding, professional services or customer onboarding
• +2 years experience in account management or client success
• Clear and empathetic communication (verbal and written)
• Ability to simplify complex problems with strong analytical and project management skills
• Cross-functional collaboration across teams and roles
• Healthcare experience, licensing or certifications: Preferred (Health Insurance License preferred)
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; BA/B.Sc. preferred

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding projects for new clients, including timelines, tasks, communication and completion
• Educate clients on how Redirect Health works and how to navigate their benefits
• Collaborate with Healthcare Consultants, AR Specialists, Brokers, Care Logistics, Claims, and Member Success teams
• Improve onboarding efficiency, enrollment outcomes and the overall client experience
• Advocate for new clients and their employees by representing their needs across Redirect Health teams

About This Role

New Client Onboarding Specialist

exists to ensure new clients are successfully onboarded to Redirect Health so they understand how our model works, feel confident from day one, and are set up for long-term success.

In This Role, You Will

• Serve new clients, brokers, and internal Customer Success and care teams
• Be responsible for on-time, high-quality onboarding completion and strong initial client relationships
• Directly impact how smoothly clients transition into Redirect Health and how well employees and families adopt and use their healthcare benefits

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

• Own: End-to-end onboarding projects for new clients, including timelines, tasks, communication, and completion
• Support: Clients and members by educating them on how Redirect Health works and how to navigate their benefits
• Collaborate with: Healthcare Consultants, AR Specialists, Brokers, Care Logistics, Claims, and Member Success teams

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:

• Brings relevant experience in customer service, professional services and/or customer onboarding (+5 years)
• Brings experience in account management or client success (+2 years)
• Communicates clearly and with empathy (strong verbal and written communication skills)
• Enjoys simplifying complex problems (proven analytical and project management skills)
• Works well across teams and roles (friendly, self-motivated team player who thrives on supporting others)
• Cares deeply about helping people (passion for healthcare and client service, self-starter with a results-oriented mindset)
