Responsibilities

• Handle customer interaction, documentation issuance, review and system setups.
• Deliver timely and accurate account opening and maintenance processing.
• Manage day-to-day account opening and maintenance activities; ensure high-quality service.
• Lead cross-functional projects in account services and manage relationships.
• Identify process improvements and monitor client satisfaction and SLAs.
• Provide risk-aware controls and ensure audit readiness.
