Description du poste

Citi is looking for a Client Onboarding Lead Analyst to take strategic ownership of end-to-end standard and complex implementation and cross-functional project delivery within our Commercial Cards and Treasury Services business. In this role, you will serve as a trusted subject matter expert and project leader — coordinating across Sales, Product, Technology, Operations, Legal, and Risk & Controls to deliver high-quality onboarding outcomes that accelerate client revenue and strengthen Citi's operational controls. Your expertise will directly shape the direction of client onboarding for a specialized area, driving both process excellence and client satisfaction at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Commercial Cards account opening and onboarding operations, managing all in-process, pended, and service-related activities to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery for clients and internal partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client onboarding interactions, overseeing documentation issuance, review, and system configuration to support a broad range of account scenarios.
  • Manage cross-functional relationships across Sales, Product, Technology, Operations, Legal, and Risk & Controls to coordinate onboarding solutions that meet client requirements and business objectives.
  • Establish and embed a strong risk and controls culture across onboarding processes, ensuring audit readiness and full compliance with applicable policies, laws, and regulations.
  • Oversee project planning, cost management, and change implementation for new onboarding initiatives, ensuring smooth cutovers and minimal operational risk.
  • Develop training materials, migration trackers, and onboarding frameworks to support team capability and consistent delivery standards.
  • Set the strategic direction for the onboarding function, building strong relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders to influence outcomes and drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in client documentation review, account maintenance, and cash products within a financial services environment.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional onboarding or account services projects, including financial cost management and delivery oversight.
  • Strong track record of delivering high-quality client service while maintaining rigorous controls and risk standards, including the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and regulators.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to guide, influence, and build effective working relationships across internal teams and external clients.
  • Experience managing system testing, rollouts, and customer service operations in a prioritized, high-volume environment.
  • Ability to coach and develop team members, identifying talent and creating a high-performance delivery culture.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Beneficial Skills & Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Commercial Card products and the complexities of implementing customized onboarding solutions for corporate clients.
  • Experience developing training content, onboarding playbooks, or process documentation to support operational migrations.
  • Exposure to multi-disciplinary programs environments, with the ability to balance competing priorities across Sales, Technology, and Operations workstreams.

  • Access to Citi's global network, working across multi-disciplinary teams spanning Sales, Product, Technology, Legal, and Risk & Controls.
