Citi in Tampa, FL is seeking a Client Onboarding Sr Analyst to lead onboarding processes, coordinate cross‑functional teams and ensure precise account opening activities.

The role requires strong analytical skills, project management experience, and excellent communication. Office-based with regular interactions across internal partners and clients, offering a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• 5–8 years of experience in documentation review, account maintenance and related cash products preferred.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Demonstrated project management capability including financial cost management.
• Ability to coach and develop staff and interact with senior management.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for customer interaction, documentation issuance, review and system setups.
• Delivers timely and accurate account opening functions and excellent customer service.
• Manages day-to-day account opening and maintenance processing and related activities.
• Drives cross‑functional collaboration and project management in the account services space.
• Assesses risk and ensures compliance with policies, laws and regulations.
