Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for customer interaction, documentation issuance, review and system setups.
• Ensure timely, accurate delivery of all account opening functions and high quality customer service.
• Manage day-to-day account opening and maintenance processing and cross‑functional relationships.
• Identify new work procedures, analyze complex issues with significant departmental impact.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, drive process changes, and maintain controls.
• Engage in project planning and migration training materials.
• Set direction for a specialized area and influence strategy with internal and external partners.
• Assess risk in business decisions, safeguarding Citi and its clients and assets.
