One of our companies is currently looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist (West Coast) in United States.

We are seeking a highly motivated Client Onboarding Specialist to lead new client implementations and ensure a smooth transition onto our platform. In this role, you’ll work directly with clients to deliver tailored onboarding experiences, providing expert guidance, product training, and support. The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, technically savvy, and excels in both independent work and cross-functional collaboration. Accountabilities:

  • Guide new clients through onboarding, including training on platform features and hardware setup.
  • Deliver clear, personalized instruction to ensure users understand and gain value from the platform.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide hands-on support to resolve technical challenges during implementation.
  • Maintain accurate records of client onboarding status and ensure smooth handoff to long-term client success teams.
  • Collaborate with sales, support, and product teams to improve processes and client experience.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, setting them up for success from day one.
  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role such as onboarding, customer success, or technical support.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in remote/virtual settings.
  • Ability to explain complex technology in a user-friendly way.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple onboarding projects.
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Trello, and onboarding platforms (Vitally a plus).
  • Experience in the Proptech or multifamily housing industry is a plus.
  • Proactive, personable, and solution-oriented mindset.
