Client Onboarding Specialist - Remote ()

ProfitSolv is a SaaS business services provider for the legal and accounting industry. We are looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist to join our growing team at TitleTap!

Do you have 3+ years of Real Estate Title Insurance experience as a Closer or as a Processor, with an interest in learning more about Title Industry software products? We are looking to fill a remote, full-time role with vacation and benefits to help support one of TitleTap's product teams with your expertise.

More specifically you’ll be working with our onboarding team to get calculator clients launched and happy. This will include but is not limited to:

  • Process client onboarding forms
  • Gather and review rates for accuracy
  • Package build instructions for development implementation
  • Handle client onboarding communication
  • Implement new process to improve our systems
  • Assign fixes to new builds and existing calculators
  • Test calculators for accuracy

If you’d like to utilize your title insurance experience, expand your Title Insurance knowledge over 50 states, but work remotely for a software company, we’d love to hear from you.

As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will ensure exceptional service and support for all clients. The Client Onboarding Specialist maintains high levels of client satisfaction by providing effective and efficient support.

As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will:
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Manage client conversations across all support channels.
  • Share relevant client feedback to appropriate teams to improve products and services offered by ProfitSolv.
  • Evaluate the client support processes and measure results, helping develop strategies to enhance the client experience.
  • Work with internal teams and clients to execute goals and strategies.
  • Conduct onboarding meetings, product tours, company presentations, and product demos.
  • Understand customer context and goals, providing product information to best serve those goals.
  • Educate customers and optimize their product setup for the quickest path to success.
  • Eliminate roadblocks in the way of customers’ goals: product issues, poor implementation, support issues, customer knowledge gaps, or simply poor product understanding.
  • Improve product adoption, customer retention, and help foster positive customer relationships that create a loyal customer base.
  • Assist customer support with customer issues and requests.
  • Other duties as assigned.

This position follows established policies and procedures to keep confidential information secure.

A great fit for this position has:
  • Prefer associate degree or equivalent experience
  • Project management and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on attention to detail, timelines, and quality of work
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and Churnzero or Gainsight
  • Strong execution skills and the ability to drive action and accountability
  • Prior track record of defining and optimizing processes
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, rapidly adapt and respond to client requests and timeline changes
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and clients
Additional Desirable Qualifications
  • SaaS industry experience
  • Client success and/or project management background
  • Collaborative, organized, and execution-oriented with strong presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong initiative and sound decision-making ability
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • Ability to handle stress
  • Ability to meet work deadlines
