About You

As the Firstbase Client Onboarding Manager, you will organize and oversee the entire customer onboarding process, working hands-on with implementation tasks and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Serving as the main client contact until handover to Customer Success, you’ll ensure a smooth transition and help establish best practices for onboarding. This role requires strong project management, technical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects, playing a key part in shaping our customer experience and supporting company growth.

What you’ll do and how you’ll have an impact

  • Manage onboarding for multiple enterprise customers at once.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout onboarding.
  • Coordinate implementation activities with client and internal teams.
  • Provide training and support to client administrators.
  • Oversee technical setup, configuration, and integrations.
  • Track and manage service activation tasks and project milestones.
  • Create and maintain client-focused training materials and documentation.
  • Identify and address risks, technical issues, and process improvements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
  • Seek opportunities to expand services and enhance client experience.

  • Excellent project management, written, and oral communication abilities.
  • Technically hands-on and able to quickly self-learn new platforms.
  • Motivated by fast-paced, early-stage startup environments and continuous improvement.
  • Passionate about Firstbase’s mission and the future of work.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in Engagement Manager, Implementation Consultant, or Technical Account Manager roles.
  • Experience with equipment supply chain management and technical knowledge in end user computing (laptops, MDM, device management).
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Able to work flexibly with distributed teams across multiple regions.
