Standish Management, LLC in Portland, OR is seeking a Client Associate Senior Associate to help onboard new clients to our fund accounting group. You will review investor CRM data and prepare capital calls for new clients, reporting to the Fund Controllers and Managers.

This role offers growth within the Client Onboarding and System Solutions Team, with emphasis on Excel proficiency, detail orientation, and clear communication. Strong collaborative and independent work skills are valued.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics
• 1+ year of work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word & Outlook
• Knowledge of various investment accounting concepts (knowledge of alternative investments is a plus)
• Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting reporting systems preferred
• Attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Able to multi- task
• Ability to work in a team and individually
• Strong organizational skills and work ethic
• Adept using web-based data entry databases

Position Overview

Exciting opportunity for a client services professional to join a rapidly growing fund administration firm! The Client Associate Senior Associate role plays a key role in helping to onboard new clients to Standish’s fund accounting group. The Client Associate Senior Associate will be responsible for reviewing or compiling investor CRM information and preparing capital calls for new clients. This role will report directly to the Fund Controllers and Managers in the group. High performers will have the opportunity to progress within the Client Onboarding and System Solution Team.

Compensation Annually (varies by location)

• Seattle: $80,000+
• San Francisco:$72,000+
• Walnut Creek: $72,000+
• Los Angeles: $70,000+
• Denver: $70,000+
• Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
