Standish Management, LLC is seeking a client services professional to join its fund administration team in Chicago. The Client Associate Senior Associate will help onboard new clients, review investor CRM information, and prepare capital calls for new clients, reporting to Fund Controllers and Managers.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics, 1+ year of experience, strong Excel/Outlook skills, and attention to detail.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required (Finance/Accounting/Economics concentration preferred)
• 1+ year of work experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word & Outlook
• Knowledge of various investment accounting concepts (knowledge of alternative investments is a plus)
• Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting reporting systems preferred
• Attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Able to multi- task
• Ability to work in a team and individually
• Strong organizational skills and work ethic
• Adept using web-based data entry databases

Position Overview

Exciting opportunity for a client services professional to join a rapidly growing fund administration firm! The Client Associate Senior Associate role plays a key role in helping to onboard new clients to Standish’s fund accounting group. The Client Associate Senior Associate will be responsible for reviewing or compiling investor CRM information and preparing capital calls for new clients. This role will report directly to the Fund Controllers and Managers in the group. High performers will have the opportunity to progress within the Client Onboarding and System Solution Team.

Responsibilities

Compensation Annually (varies by location)

• Chicago: $82,000+
• Boston:$74,000+
• Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
