Management Responsibilities

Senior Analysts operate within a pool structure, working across different senior bankers, sectors, clients and assignments based on business priorities and staffing needs. This model is designed to provide broad exposure across the five industries in which our clients operate (Energy, Consumer, TMT, Industrials, and Infrastructure & Construction) while requiring the Senior Analyst to effectively manage multiple stakeholders, workstreams and competing priorities. Senior Analysts are expected to progressively deepen their knowledge of the industries and clients they support, take increasing ownership of assigned workstreams and client-related responsibilities, and proactively identify and follow up on potential business opportunities. Depending on experience, business needs and client exposure, Senior Analysts may also support selected client relationships on a more continuous basis. While the pool structure is intended to provide broad exposure across industries, increasing sector specialization is expected as bankers progress in seniority, allowing them to develop deeper industry expertise, stronger client knowledge and, over time, greater ownership of client relationships within a specific sector.
