Qualifications

• Understanding of general legal procedures and business practices
• Standard clerical and general office administration procedures
• High volume phones, call center and/or law firm experience preferred
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and exercise good judgment
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite

• Ability to lift a minimum of twenty pounds
• No supervisor responsibility
• Full-time position, 40 hours weekly, with possible overtime

Responsibilities

• Collect and record information from potential clients and open cases in case management software
• Send and receive retainer agreements for prospective clients who meet the specific criteria
• Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
• Verify entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering information
• Combine data from multiple systems
• Follow-up on intakes as needed
• Placing outbound calls
• Contact with medical providers and clients regarding availability of doctor appointments
• Follow up calls from medical providers when clients are non-compliant with appointments
• Consistent and regular communications with clients regarding appointments
• Consistent and regular communications with legal team regarding clients
