Kisling, Nestico & Redick, LLC (KNR) seeks a Senior Paralegal to support multiple attorneys in complex prelitigation personal injury cases in Ohio. The role emphasizes case management, documentation, and professional client interactions.

You will gather medical records, coordinate with insurers, prepare damage summaries, and assist with litigation transfers, while maintaining organized files and timely communications.

Responsibilities

• Investigate insurance coverages available to the client.
• Obtain, review, and organize medical records to complete a treatment outline.
• Prepare, calculate, and maintain damage summaries including medical expenses, lost wages, and property damage.
• Log daily mail and drafting any correspondence necessary in the day-to-day case management.
• Prepare file for litigation transfer when necessary.
• Prepare and forward medical specials to insurance carriers with demand summary.
• Meet and exceed goals set.
• Correspond with clients, Attorney and insurance adjusters regarding case status.
• Maintain professional interactions, internally and externally.
• Provide weekly reports and participate in monthly team meetings.
