The role requires liaising with KYC, Account Opening, and product partners to fulfill client requests while upholding compliance and risk practices. A strong focus on data quality, documentation, and cross-team collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant experience, with a preference for wealth management or financial services roles.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to manage internal and external relationships and multiple deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Certifications: FINRA SIE, Series 7, Series 66 (or Series 63 & 65) within 150 days.

Responsibilities

• Applies onboarding knowledge to monitor, assess, analyze, and evaluate processes and data, identifying gaps and recommendations.
• Partners with sales teams and internal partners (KYC, Account Opening, product) to fulfill client requests with strong service.
• Keeps documentation current, accurate, and complete to fulfill requests promptly.
• Supports clients navigating KYC/onboarding and account opening processes, addressing moderately complex issues with potential impact.
• Demonstrates subject matter expertise and guides decisions through advice and facilitation; supports peer training.
• Assesses and escalates risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
