Job summary

Clark Capital Management Group, Inc. seeks an Operations New Account Specialist to manage onboarding for new clients and maintain existing accounts.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills and close collaboration with Trade Operations and Business Development teams. The candidate should be comfortable communicating with advisors and clients, be a team player, and demonstrate resourcefulness and dependability in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or Finance is preferred.
• 1+ year of general professional experience in an operations/administrative role.
• Experience in asset management or financial services a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and establish new accounts and perform portfolio allocation changes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incomplete or mismatched documentation.
• Provide operational support to clients and advisors via email and phone.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
