Job summary

• Coordinate the onboarding of new accounts.
• Respond to inbound emails and questions on existing accounts.
• Provide back-up support for institutional account requests.
• Generate quarterly reports for Marketing.
• Provide administrative support to management.
• Process literature fulfillment orders.
