Salary Range: 68,000 – 75,000 USD Annually
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Total compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
ABOUT THE TEAM: Highly-motivated, hard working, organized and collaborative, the client marketing team strategically plans and flawlessly executes digital campaigns that lead to strong client relationships and consistent renewals. We adjust campaign strategies and test new digital channels to optimize performance for our clients. The team of problem solvers is composed of very talented team players and we pride ourselves on delicately balancing the needs of the business with delivering exceptional client experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships; consistently communicate with clients to understand campaign goals and parameters, gather approvals, troubleshoot issues and deliver leads and reporting.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that deliver and convert audience members to meet client program guarantees including lead generation, content marketing, webcasts, custom programs and digital events.
- Review client content for lead generation and customer journey campaigns.
- Estimate campaign performance and provide clients with recommendations for how they can improve their content.
- Create and optimize marketing materials for client programs, ensuring that they are implemented according to plan.
- Write targeted copy for promotional emails, landing pages & digital ads.
- Build HTML emails using Dreamweaver.
- Utilize Audience Database to create and segment lists.
- Coordinate deployment of emails with offshore Campaign Coordinators.
- Ensure CAN-SPAM compliance in client marketing emails.
- Experiment with non-email, non-display ad marketing tactics (i.e. social media, contextual advertising, SEM, re-marketing).
- Regularly A/B test promotions & make recommendations for template optimization.
- Track and evaluate marketing performance to ensure client campaign goals are achieved and make recommendations on changes and improvements to meet client and company objectives.
- Share digital marketing strategies/ideas/tips in team discussions.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Marketing or Business degree or equivalent preferred).
- Approximately 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing or related field.
- Proven experience developing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including, but not limited to, email, social, search.
- Proven experience in client service—demonstrates the ability to communicate expectations and deadlines as well as troubleshoot issues with clients.
- Working knowledge of HTML, Dreamweaver, MS Office (specifically Excel), G-Suite.
- Working knowledge of marketing automation software and email list management experience (ExactTarget and/or SailThru a plus).
- Have a proven ability to drive projects forward in a rapidly changing environment with a strong emphasis on virtual team working and conference call meetings; ability to work independently and be self-directed.
- Proven experience in engaging and developing collaborative relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Extremely detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of legal, insurance, or financial services industry a plus.
- Experience in media/publishing industry a plus.
