Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years related experience.
• Minimum of 2 years client management experience required.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for overall marketing performance to goal for programs and initiatives.
• Primary client facing marketing leader for assigned accounts or area.
• Collaborate with clients and internal experts to develop marketing plans and promotional strategies.
• Oversee deployment of campaigns with internal and external teams.
• Prepare campaign briefs and manage creative requests to ensure timely delivery.
• Develop and manage budgets with program management and finance.
• Review and analyze results to improve future campaigns.
• Mentor marketing leaders and drive thought leadership across the company.
• Drive diversity and inclusion in marketing initiatives.
