Job summary

Hylant Group, Inc. in Indianapolis is seeking a detail-oriented marketing analyst to support the client marketing team with accurate market and account analysis to aid new business.

You will adopt Accelevate's tools, prepare proposals, respond to inquiries, and build strong client relationships. Strong communication, organization, and MS Office proficiency are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in risk management and insurance, benefit, human resources or related field preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Life and Health insurance license within 100 days.
• Customer service experience, ideally within the insurance industry preferred.
• Familiarity with ERISA, HIPPA and ACA regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Desire to learn and grow; proactive.
• Proficient in MS Office and reporting/presentations tools.

Develop an understanding and complete adoption of Accelevate's servicing tools and processes. Assist with preparation of various client proposals, presentations and deliverables. Respond to internal and external client inquiries in a timely manner. Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external clients. Develop and apply market knowledge of key carriers and vendors. Research and provide updates to the team regarding market changes, competitiveness and new product options. Perform other duties and special projects as requested.

In This Role You Will Need:
