Job summary

Hylant, a leading insurance brokerage, is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the client marketing team in Carmel, IN. You will learn Accelevate tooling, assist with client proposals and presentations, and respond to inquiries while building strong client relationships.

The role emphasizes market knowledge, regulatory familiarity, and a proactive work ethic to deliver accurate analyses and deliverables. Some travel may be required.

The Opportunity:This position will support the client marketing team by providing accurate and detailed marketing and account analysist to aid in new business creation.In This Role You Will Execute On:Develop an understanding and complete adoption of Accelevate's servicing tools and processes.Assist with preparation of various client proposals, presentations and deliverables.Respond to internal and external client inquiries in a timely manner.Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external clients.Develop and apply market knowledge of key carriers and vendors.Research and provide updates to the team regarding market changes, competitiveness and new product options.Perform other duties and special projects as requested.In This Role You Will Need:High school diploma or equivalent required.
