Client & Implementation Manager
The Client Manager will partner with clients throughout their lifecycle, supporting implementation, ongoing success, and continued expansion of their use of Symplicity solutions. This role will focus on our corporate clients, specifically the Fortune 1000 and larger customer base. You will be a solution expert with strong business and analytical skills, acting as a trusted advisor to unpack client challenges and facilitate project implementation. The role involves working closely across functional areas to ensure high performance and responsiveness to client needs.
