Job summary

Orchestra is seeking a Client Management Associate to identify and advance growth opportunities across existing clients. You will work with client leads to turn needs into integrated strategies and connect clients with Orchestra capabilities.

This cross-functional role requires organization, commercial awareness, and a focus on client experience, with the ability to assemble the right teams and move quickly to a compelling opportunity.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in communications, marketing, business development or related field with client-facing work.
• Strong commercial instincts and ability to spot opportunities within existing client needs.
• Commercial mindset to turn needs into broader partnerships and drive growth.
• Excellent relationship-building skills to connect people across teams.
• Fast-moving, urgent environment experience with strong writing ability.

Responsibilities

• Advance a portfolio of expansion, renewal and extension opportunities across existing Orchestra clients.
• Work with client leads to identify opportunities based on needs, priorities, context, and existing work, and develop client-ready recommendations.
• Think across capabilities to build integrated strategies rather than single-workstream solutions.
• Convene cross-functional teams and determine required experts for opportunities.
• Assess urgency and move from client need to recommendation, team, scope and pricing.
• Conduct client, industry and competitive research to strengthen recommendations.
• Manage pricing and scoping requests to ensure recommendations are commercially sound.
• Route Client Desk requests and connect leads with the right resources.
• Facilitate account and renewal planning to grow existing client relationships.
• Use AI tools to strengthen research, writing, and Client Management workflows.
