VISASQ/COLEMAN is seeking a Client Management Associate to join our Raleigh, NC team in November 2026. You will start with a comprehensive 12-week training program to independently support client engagements, recruit experts, and coordinate across projects.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, plus a willingness to grow in a dynamic, hybrid work environment that blends office and remote work. Prior sales or recruiting experience is welcomed.

Qualifications

• A proactive attitude with problem-solving and adaptability.
• Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
• Foreign language skills are a plus but not required.
• Prior sales, recruiting, or management experience is welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new experts for our network and vet our internal database for project needs.
• Identify, vet, qualify, and present the most qualified experts for projects.
• Coordinate client communications and schedule meetings between experts and clients.
• Master compliance standards across industries to uphold engagement integrity.
• Leverage networking skills to engage with professionals and identify suitable experts.
• Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple projects.
• Develop negotiation skills to advocate for optimal engagement outcomes.
