VISASQ/COLEMAN seeks motivated professionals to join our Client Management Team in Phoenix, AZ, starting November 2026. You’ll complete a 12-week training program and begin working as an Associate on client engagements, connecting industry experts with clients and driving successful collaborations.

Role emphasizes expert recruitment, industry research, and coordinating client communications, with a strong focus on compliance, networking, and project coordination in a dynamic market research

Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• A proactive attitude with problem-solving and adaptability.
• Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
• Foreign language skills (e.g., Japanese, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Arabic, Dutch, Scandinavian) are a plus but not required.
• Prior sales, recruiting, or management experience is welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Expert Recruitment: Recruit new experts for our network and vet our internal database for project needs.
• Industry Research and Expert Vetting: Identify, vet, qualify, and present the most qualified experts for projects.
• Coordinating Client Communications: Prioritize projects and manage communications between experts and clients.
• Compliance and Integrity: Master and uphold compliance standards across sectors for client engagements.
• Networking and Research: Use networking to engage with top professionals and support informed decision-making.
• Project Coordination: Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple projects.
• Negotiation Skills: Advocate for optimal outcomes in expert engagements.
