VISASQ/COLEMAN in Phoenix, AZ invites an Associate, Client Management to join our team in November 2026. You will recruit experts, vet candidates, coordinate client communications, and ensure compliance across projects.

Formación

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A proactive attitude with problem-solving and adaptability.
• Strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and attention to detail.
• Foreign language skills (e.g., Japanese, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Arabic, Dutch, Scandinavian) are a plus but not required.
• Prior sales, recruiting, or management experience is welcomed.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit new experts for our network while vetting our internal database to identify the best candidates for specific project needs.
• Identify, vet, qualify, and present the most qualified experts for specific projects.
• Prioritize projects effectively while managing communications with newly recruited experts and organizing meetings between experts and clients.
• Master compliance standards across various industry sectors and uphold these standards to ensure the integrity of all client engagements.
• Utilize your networking skills to engage with top professionals across industries and identify suitable experts for client projects.
• Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple projects while understanding client needs through tailored solutions.
• Develop strong negotiation skills to advocate for optimal outcomes in expert engagements.
