Job summary

Davies North America is seeking a Client Accounting Coordinator in Allentown, PA to manage an assigned portfolio of client programs and serve as the primary accounting contact for loss fund activity and financial reporting.

You will oversee program accounting from setup through ongoing transactions, coordinate banking, fund requests, reconciliations, and audit documentation, while partnering with clients, claims management, and internal teams to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of accounting experience required.
• Experience supporting client reporting, funding requests, reconciliations, or audits.
• Experience in insurance claims or loss fund accounting preferred.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree in accounting/finance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage an assigned portfolio of client programs and loss fund activity.
• Coordinate program accounting from cradle to grave, banking setup and data maintenance.
• Prepare and distribute recurring weekly, monthly, and ad hoc financial reporting.
• Monitor loss fund balances and funding needs.
• Prepare and submit client funding requests based on activity.
• Manage daily accounting transactions in the CRM and related docs.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and audit documentation.
• Support client audits with documentation on loss fund activity and reporting.
• Maintain organized records and trackers in Excel and other systems.
• Identify process improvements and support cross-program consistency.
