Job summary

Core Financial Outsourcing, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Manager for Client Accounting Services to lead a client-focused accounting team in Doylestown, PA.

You will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, drive financial reporting quality, and mentor staff to deliver high-quality service to multiple clients. In this role you will build strong client relationships, improve processes, and collaborate with firm leadership to optimize workflows and standardize practices across the client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience overseeing month-end close.
• Experience with public, outsourced, or client accounting services.
• CPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and act as trusted advisor.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and month-/year-end close.
• Coach and review Staff Accountants; ensure high-quality client service.
• Improve internal workflows and standardize processes across the CAC services function.
