Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Technology Success Engineer to serve as the dedicated technical owner for an assigned portfolio of clients. You will combine systems administration, network engineering, and customer support to keep environments secure, reliable, and aligned with industry best practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT support, Network Administration, or MSP experience.
• Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft-based environments.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting firewalls, switches, wireless devices, VLANs, and VPNs.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple client environments.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical resource for assigned client accounts.
• Perform proactive infrastructure assessments and technology health checks.
• Analyze client networks, servers, cloud services, and security posture for optimization opportunities.
• Recommend and implement infrastructure improvements and best practices.
• Provide onsite technical support for escalated issues, installations, and troubleshooting.
• Configure, maintain, and support networking equipment including firewalls, switches, wireless access points, VLANs, and VPNs.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Windows operating systems.
• Support endpoint security, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Collaborate with vCIOs, Project Engineers, and Service Desk teams to identify risks and implement solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client environments, configurations, credentials, and processes.
• Communicate technical findings and recommendations clearly to clients.
• Help maintain infrastructure, security, and operational standards across client environments.
