Qualifications

• Relevant experience in client invoicing, billing, Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable, customer service, or financial operations.
• Experience analyzing data, identifying discrepancies, and resolving billing issues.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and linking.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume workflows while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a process-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end client invoicing activities, including fees, accruals, payments, and invoice distribution.
• Validate billing data against client agreements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain and update billing information within the fee system.
• Manage invoicing workflows to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, exceptions, and inquiries.
• Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Perform reconciliations and support month-end invoicing activities.
• Maintain documentation supporting controls and audit requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve billing efficiency and accuracy.
• Support projects, system updates, and process initiatives.
• Provide responsive, high-quality service to internal and external clients.
