Job summary

Mental Health Treatment Centers of America (MHTCA) is seeking a Client Integration Specialist to power client systems, data mappings, and workflows that support claims recovery operations. You will configure integrations, ensure data integrity, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency.

The role emphasizes problem solving, data analysis, and documentation, with opportunities to automate processes and scale our solutions.

Qualifications

  • 3-7 years of experience in systems configuration, data integration, EDI, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with data mapping, file transformations, and complex business systems.
  • Working knowledge of databases, reporting tools, and system testing methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Configure, maintain, and optimize client-specific system integrations, data mappings, business rules, and workflows.
  • Manage electronic data exchange processes, file specifications, testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
  • Translate business requirements into effective system solutions and functional configurations.
  • Partner with Operations, IT, and Product Delivery teams to support client implementations and system enhancements.
  • Monitor system performance and validate data accuracy to ensure efficient processing and high-quality outcomes.
  • Investigate and resolve data, integration, and system issues in production environments.
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, workflows, integrations, and business processes.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working with data, configuring business systems, and partnering with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and deliver exceptional client outcomes. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring data integrity, optimizing system performance, and supporting innovative solutions that help our business scale and succeed.

What You’ll Do

As our Product Systems Lead, you will:

  • Configure, maintain, and optimize client-specific system integrations, data mappings, business rules, and workflows.

What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • 3-7 years of experience in systems configuration, business systems analysis, data integration, EDI, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with data mapping, file transformations, and complex business systems.
  • Working knowledge of databases, reporting tools, and system testing methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience with SQL and reporting tools.
  • Experience with workflow automation and business process improvement initiatives.
  • Salesforce experience preferred.
