You will lead client meetings, analyze enrollment and financial data, develop reports and dashboards, and collaborate with IT and operations to implement solutions for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in account management, business analysis, employee benefits, healthcare, insurance, or related field.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency; Power BI or similar reporting tools preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client and vendor meetings, business reviews, and integration projects.
• Analyze enrollment, eligibility, utilization, and financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and client-facing presentations.
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve program performance and client outcomes.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and department leads to implement solutions and monitor outcomes.
