The ideal candidate will have sales experience, a talent for articulating the benefits of partnering with the firm, and a strong ability to build trust. Spanish proficiency is desirable.

Qualifications

Experience with client intake in legal or similar settings.
Strong persuasive communication and ability to build trust.
Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Conduct intake interviews with potential clients via phone or in person.
Gather detailed information about the potential case, injuries, and background.
Screen cases for eligibility based on firm criteria and legal considerations.
Communicate persuasively with potential clients about services and steps.
Record intake information in the firm's case management system.
Follow up to gather additional information as needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
