Vaco by Highspring is hiring an intake/administrative coordinator to support incoming clients referred to our clinical services in Columbus, OH.

You will meet with clients, capture referrals in the clinical system, coordinate paperwork and consent, schedule assessments with a clinical counselor, and follow up if appointments are missed or rescheduled. This role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and patient-focused service, with the team ensuring compliant processes and timely scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Meet with incoming clients through referrals
• Receive the referral and enter the information in clinical system
• Coordinate with client to sign the pre-liminary paperwork and consent to treat
• Schedule an assessment for client with a clinical counselor
• Follow up with clients if they don't show or need to reschedule assessment.
