Job summary

CFS is seeking an Intake Coordinator to join a growing intake team in Columbus, OH. You will welcome clients, guide them through intake paperwork, and coordinate appointments with clinical staff.

Trainings provided on site, with supportive colleagues and a structured onboarding process to build experience in client service and appointment coordination while helping clients take the next step toward treatment services.

Qualifications

• Administrative, office, admissions, or client-service experience.
• Patience and sensitivity when working with people facing challenging circumstances.
• Clear communication and the ability to keep appointments and paperwork organized.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and guide them through intake paperwork.
• Collect signatures on required forms with care and accuracy.
• Schedule clients for assessments with clinical staff.
• Coordinate appointments for both referrals and walk-in clients.
• Help keep the intake process organized and moving forward.
