Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients to drive account growth and represent Help at Home in the community.
• Ensure effective communication channels and streamline operations with referral sources.
• Acquire, retain, and monitor key relationships with case managers for service goals.
• Lead onboarding, training, and development of Intake Client Associates.
• Collaborate with recruiting and onboarding to ensure consistent practices across departments.
