Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a call center or front desk role preferred.
• Experience with low-income populations preferred.
• One-year experience in social work or social service field desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in-person or by phone with excellent customer service.
• Screen for in-kind and financial needs to determine urgency and primary need.
• Provide program information, referrals, and schedule appointments.
• Identify resources and next steps to address needs.
• Maintain records and contribute to reports.
