• Performs duties of Supervisor in their absence.
• Prepares and sends Letters of Representation to insurance companies.
• Sends electronic authorization forms to client and processes when returned.
• Requests and processes Accident Reports by entering information into Firm Case Management Software.
• Conducts Client Intakes.
• Initiates claims with insurance company(ies).
• Other assignments and projects as assigned by Management.
